Single-Housing Assembly
SCR, DPF and oxidation catalyst integrated into one compact skidded unit. No complex field assembly or multiple component deliveries, everything arrives ready to connect.
Plug-and-Play Installation
Flexible inlet and outlet options simplify piping connections. Pre-integrated systems reduce on-site construction time and shorten project schedules for faster startups.
Retrofit-Ready Design
Compact integrated design fits existing generator enclosures and engine rooms with minimal site impact. Ideal for upgrading existing plant without replacing the engine.
Passive LTR™ DPF
Low-temperature regeneration at just 500°F (260°C) suitable for standby and lower-load diesel applications without active heating systems or additional infrastructure.
Integrated Silencing up to 30 dBA
Eliminates the need for a separate exhaust silencer in many installations, further reducing footprint and system complexity, particularly valuable in space-constrained sites.
Modular Catalyst Design
Additional catalyst elements can be added later as regulations tighten. Protects your compliance investment across future regulatory cycles.
Reactant Tank System (RTS)
Combines DEF storage, dosing and CEMs controls in a single weatherproof enclosure - ideal for retrofit projects where simplicity and minimal site impact are critical.
Xpress Preheat System
Dramatically reduces time-to-injection after engine startup, SCR performance within 10 minutes of operation, critical for standby and emergency power applications.
Space-Constrained Sites
Stackable in data centre applications where the footprint is compact, purpose-designed for engine rooms and generator enclosures. Multiple industry applications, including hospitals & commercial buildings where every square metre matters.
Closed-Loop CEMS Controls (Continuous Emissions Management System)
All-in-One CEMS control cabinet regulates urea dosing via PLC using a continuously monitored NOx signal. Live data stored for a minimum of five years, with SCADA integration via Modbus and optional 24/7 remote access.
Urea Injection System
Dosing and mixing duct, urea metering pump and control, urea storage tank and all accessories provide the lowest amonia slip possible. Urea supplied as solution or pellets. Includes the Reactant Tank System (RTS) for retrofit deployments.
Access Door System
ECI's easy-access door system for service and maintenance provides unrestricted access to catalyst blocks, reducing servicing time and cost throughout the life of the asset.
